Shipping

Please note that Canada Post Deliveries will be sent on Friday each week for anything purchased the previous Sunday and earlier. Any items purchased after Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Shipping Information (Auction Purchases)

We offer shipping as convenience through Canada Post & Canpar for Auction Purchases. We can only ship small packages. We cannot ship large packages or furniture.

We charge Canada Post rates plus a handling fee which includes packaging your purchases. Although we try our best we cannot guarantee that all of your items will ship as one package.

We typically ship items within (3) days, although it may take up to (7) days before your package ships.

Although we try our best to package the items so that they arrive safely, we cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipping. If you request to have your items shipped it is your understanding that any items damaged in transit by Canada Post will not be reimbursed.

We will ship items to the address provided on your account file unless otherwise instructed to do so. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the credit card on file.

Once your order has been processed for shipping you will be able to log into your account and view the tracking information on your invoice.

Shipping information (Deals Store Purchases)

If you select the shipping options during the checkout process we will process your order and ship your items within (1) business day unless otherwise stated in the item description. The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method chosen.

You will be notified by email when your package ships with a tracking number.
